You don’t have to navigate this alone. At Mental Health Center of America, we treat the whole person — not just symptoms. That means understanding the full picture of what’s going on in your life and addressing the underlying patterns that contribute to your distress, alongside the day-to-day challenges you’re facing right now.
Our integrated approach blends multiple evidence-based modalities — CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based techniques, trauma-informed care, and medication management when clinically indicated — into a single, coordinated treatment plan. The result is care that helps you build real coping skills, deepen self-awareness, and develop the resilience to thrive in every part of your life.
Whether you’re seeking individual therapy, group counseling, medication management, or a combination, our Glendale team is here to support you at every step.

Are you accepting new patients in Glendale?
Yes. Our Glendale clinic is currently accepting new patients. New-patient appointments are typically available within 1–2 weeks. Schedule online or call (602) 224-2277.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We offer secure video appointments to patients anywhere in Arizona, in addition to in-person care at our Glendale and Mesa locations.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans. See the full list and self-pay rates here.

In most cases, no — you can book directly with our team. Some insurance plans require a referral; we’re happy to verify your specific plan when you call.
Can you prescribe medication at the first visit?
Often yes, when clinically appropriate. Your initial evaluation focuses on understanding your history and current symptoms, after which your provider will discuss treatment options — which may include medication, therapy, or both.
