Dr. Mona Amini is a psychiatry leader with a proven track record in mental health administration, clinical psychiatric care, and advising. She enjoys leading complex clinical mental health operations for patients and families, as well as managing psychiatric medication management service delivery. Her mission for mental health is to deliver early intervention and support to individuals, destigmatize mental healthcare, and be a thought leader on approaches to revolutionary mental health treatment.
Inspiration
Dr. Amini was inspired by psychiatry as a specialty in medicine from the beginning of her medical school career. She has always been intrigued by the mind and the psychosomatic experience.
Education
Dr. Amini holds an M.D. from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine. She also holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Davenport University. She completed a Psychiatry residency in Phoenix, Arizona at Banner University Medical Center- Phoenix Campus. She is board-certified with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
