MHCA Hyperbaric Chamber
Featured modality

Step inside the hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

Concentrated oxygen at increased atmospheric pressure inside a sealed chamber — supporting inflammation modulation, stem-cell mobilization, and one of the most-studied non-pharmacologic options for post-concussion symptoms, treatment-resistant depression, athletic recovery and longevity.

Safety first — HBOT is not appropriate for everyone

Certain ear, lung or seizure conditions, pregnancy, and a few specific medications are contraindications. Our wellness director and clinical team screen for all of these before your first session. If HBOT isn’t safe for you, we’ll say so and recommend an alternative.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I have to be an MHCA mental-health patient to use the wellness center?

No. Wellness therapeutics is open to everyone — you don’t need to be an MHCA psychiatric or therapy patient. Athletes, post-concussion patients, longevity-focused folks, and anyone seeking deep recovery is welcome.

How much does a wellness session cost?

Drop-in $75 (60-minute session — choose any modality including HBOT). 10-pack $400 ($40/session). Monthly Pass $149/mo with daily access to all modalities. Annual Membership $1,190 (≈ $99/month effective) with an annual integrated treatment consult with psychologist.

What does the Annual Membership include?

Everything in the Monthly Pass — plus a meaningful upgrade across clinical depth and member perks:

  • Annual integrated treatment consult with psychologist — labs, inflammation markers (hsCRP), hormones, recovery indicators, sleep architecture, medication review if relevant.
  • First-time friend buddy pass — bring a friend who’s never been; their first session is on us.
  • Anniversary perk: free month upgrade or guest day.

Saves $598/yr vs paying monthly — and turns wellness into a measurable annual longevity program rather than a punch card.

What is hyperbaric oxygen therapy at MHCA?

MHCA uses a mild hyperbaric oxygen system — concentrated oxygen delivered at increased atmospheric pressure for 60–90 minutes per session. Used to support recovery, cognition, inflammation modulation and post-concussion care.

How often should I do wellness sessions?

It depends on what you’re working on. Many members do one to three sessions per week — especially during a focused stretch like recovery from injury, an IOP cohort, or a training block. Others come once a week as maintenance.

Are these therapies safe for everyone?

No — and that’s why every session is clinically supervised. There are absolute and relative contraindications to HBOT (certain ear, lung or seizure conditions), cold immersion (uncontrolled cardiac disease) and sauna (pregnancy, dehydration). Our wellness director and clinical team screen for all of these before your first session.

Is wellness therapy covered by insurance?

No — wellness therapeutics is private-pay. For psychiatry, TMS and IOP coverage, see our Pricing & Insurance page.
