A typical session lasts between 15 – 30 minutes, it may be recommended you engage in multiple sessions depending on your needs. Redlight works best when interacting directly with the skin. Our private and secure “redlight room”, allows patients to use redlight at their individual comfort level of clothing. Clean towels are provided. Redlight therapy is often paired with a cold therapy (cryotherapy or cold plunge and/ or a heat therapy such as infrared sauna. This type of treatment is typically recommended in conjunction with other treatment modalities like counseling, or psychotherapy.
