Julianne Haddad

Julianne Haddad LMSW, is a Mental Health Therapist who assists in the healing of individuals to overcome life’s challenges by navigating through feelings, processing self-awareness, and empowering inner strengths. Julianne believes in a holistic and collaborative approach with treating the mind, body, and soul for optimal healing. Julianne emphasizes on creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for her clients to achieve their goals.

Inspiration

Julianne finds great passion in helping others achieve a healthy mindset and lifestyle to improve the quality of life. Julianne was motivated to further assist her clients by completing extensive therapeutic trainings and research surrounding mental health.

Education

Julianne holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Minoring in Human and family Development from Arizona State University where she received a strengths-based and person-centered perspective.

After graduation, Julianne has gained clinical experience working with youth, families, and adults to overcome many different challenges. Julianne has experience in the mental health field working in a variety of settings including Arizona’s largest high school, behavioral health hospitals, medical settings, and private practices.

Over the last 6 years, Julianne has garnered the respect of clients, community, and fellow therapists through helping her clients overcome an array of different diagnostic disorders through her therapeutic modalities provided.

Julianne has received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Hypnotherapy. She has helped an array of clients overcome, manage, and develop copings skills for anxiety, depression, life-transitions, grief, bipolar disorder, and relational stressors.

Personal Interests

When she is not busy counseling clients, Julianne enjoys hiking, outdoor activities, yoga, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
