Kayla Chamberlain LAC is a Mental Health Counselor who works with teens, young adults and adults guiding them to create a life worth living. She creates a space of safety and trust, assisting patients in acquiring tools to cope with life’s challenges and build healthier strategies for life-long healing. Kayla believes in whole mind-body healing where patients should feel supported and valued throughout their mental health journey.
Kayla was inspired and motivated by working in low-income school settings both on the elementary and high school levels. The brokenness in the system she observed led to her pursuing a career in the mental health sector.
Kayla holds dual master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling from Adams State University.
After graduation, Kayla began working in Maryvale as a High School Counselor. Now, Kayla, practices in Phoenix as Clinical Mental Health Counselor where she helps patients identify and process stuck emotions held in the body and mind, change maladaptive behaviors and thought patterns, and ultimately heal allowing for a space to create a healthy fulfilling life.
Over the last 3 years, Kayla has garnered the respect of patients, the community and fellow counselors by providing therapeutic support.

Kayla has earned an EMDR training certification. Kayla is also a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider
When she is not busy working as a therapist, Kayla enjoys spending time with friends and family. She enjoys cooking, working out, traveling, and trying new restaurants in the valley.
